If you have fat around your bellies do Mayurasana or Hansasana. Both these asanas help to reduce pressure on the abdomen and reduce belly fat.
Anantasana or Side reclining left pose also popularly known as Vishnu’ s coach helps in melting down extra stomach fat and firm the abdominal muscles. It also improves blood circulation and digestive system.
Bhujangasana also known as Cobra Pose burns the unwanted stomach fat as it stretches abdominal muscles.
